Claude should use this skill whenever asked to write some sort of internal communications (status reports, leadership updates, 3P updates, company newsletters, FAQs, incident reports, project updates, etc.).
What it does
Every organisation has specific formats for internal communication that differ from generic business writing — specific templates for status reports, particular structures for leadership updates, house styles for company newsletters. Without this skill, Claude writes generic communications that need significant editing to match what people actually expect to receive. This skill loads the specific internal communication formats and templates used at a given organisation.

Claude structures it in the correct format for the communication type — you fill in content, it handles structure.
